Hi there I m moving to London at the beginning of June to start a Math teaching job and I m on gumtree looking for 1 or 2 single professional guys (between ages 28 to 35) who want to help me look for and share a 2 or 3 bedroom place ) So I m looking for a guy s to rent with as well as a 2 or 3 bedroom house The flatmate s I m looking for Has a professional job and is responsible enough to pay his own way and clean up after himself Non-smoker British South African Australian American Kiwi Canadian and Your main language is English Is kind considerate doesn t drink too much or gets drunk all the time Is up for a laugh and doesn t mind sharing a sofa as a friend to watch the odd movie with with some pizza of course Wants a flatmate who can be there for them when they need a shoulder to cry on and vice versa Wants their own space and privacy at times but is friendly enough to hang out sometimes (not all the time of course we have our own lives Lol. The 2 bedroom house I m looking for Areas wanted Zones 1 to 2 preferably on South West or West London say Notting Hill even Richmond Chiswick Clapham maybe Putney.pretty flexible and open-minded at times so you can suggest areas around there as well Would like to be living in an area thats green and leafy maybe somewhere near the river or with a park The house definitely has to have a decent lounge area and sofa with a tv Needs to have a washing machine at least fridge freezer cooker microwave bathroom with at least a shower and toilet 2 seperate double bedrooms (or 3) spacious and not cramped I m able to pay a maximum of 540 pounds per month with all bills included for a 2 bedroom house obviously something cheaper would be great but lets see what kind of flats are out there I don t want to be living somewhere ridiculously small About Me I m friendly considerate non-smoker health-conscious Just so you can get an idea about me 5 4 slim but toned South African chick who s lived in London previously for 2 years and who s currently in Sa waiting for her work permit forms to be processed I ve also lived in New York for 5 months working as a guest Vj on Mtv in Times Square (best part was meeting Chris Evans the guy who s now the Flame guy in the Fantastic Four movies Christian trustworthy good upbringing have an honour s degree in Management Accounting and a teaching degree.
